We have an immediate opening for a Property Claim Supervisor. The qualified candidate should be a professional, experienced, and self-motivated individual.

Candidate must have excellent leadership and supervisorial skills with the ability to guide and develop a team of adjusters. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal skills, must be able to write professional effective letters and will be required to review and make effective corrections/improvements to the letters of their direct reports; must understand and comply with company claim handling procedures as well as applicable department of insurance regulations; and must ensure that direct reports do the same. Will be responsible for effectively handling escalated problem files and responding to complaints from policy holders and/or departments of insurance. The candidate should be able to triage water damage claims to determine which claims need an immediate response to mitigate the company’s exposure. Candidate should also be familiar with Xactimate and be able to review adjuster and vendor estimates and make corrections where appropriate.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience adjusting property insurance claims and experience with automated claim systems and a minimum of 3 years of supervisorial experience.

• Experience with Xactimate estimating program is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• They will be required to work in the Irvine office.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
