We’re looking for a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. Applicants must be articulate, professional, and team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The job involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, internet, mail and on-line chat including requests for changes to their insurance, endorsements, questions about their homeowners insurance coverage, mortgagee changes and other insurance related inquiries. Our customer service department is fast-paced and highly automated. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of homeowners insurance policies, excellent customer service skills, a positive service minded personality, patience and excellent listening and communication skills.
Candidate must have knowledge of and experience with basic automated systems; excellent customer service skills (friendly, positive, helpful).
A Property/Casualty Insurance License is highly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent) is preferred.
Experience in an automated call center is preferred.
