Customer Service Representative



We're looking for a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team in our San Antonio office. Applicants must be professional, articulate, and team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The job involves responding to customer inquiries via an Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System, the internet, mail and on-line chat including requests for changes to their Homeowners, Earthquake, Dwelling Fire or Flood insurance, endorsements, questions about their insurance coverage, mortgagee changes and other insurance related inquiries. Our customer service department is fast-paced and highly automated. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, Earthquake and Flood insurance policies, excellent customer service skills, a positive service minded personality, patience and excellent listening and communication skills.
- Candidate must have knowledge of and experience with basic automated systems; excellent customer service skills (friendly, positive, helpful)
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License is highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent) is highly preferred.
- Experience in an automated call center is preferred.
